All EXCHANGE requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
Zombie Glamour will happily exchange, repair or replace any faulty or defective items, however items must be received in brand new condition (just as you received them), unworn and untampered with.

All laybuys require a deposit and MUST be paid within the 4-6 week specification we've agreed upon.
If you are unable to pay for your laybuy and need an extension, please contact us before your laybuy expiry date and we're happy to extend the date.
If you do not contact us before the due date, your items will be returned to stock and you will have forgone your deposit and will not be offered a refund.
